During the early days there is no other way to get to Key Biscayne. But because of the soil erosion from the Appalachian Mountains the Rickenbacker Causeway was developed to have a passage going to the mainland of America.
Now it is very easy to go to Key Biscayne because of the causeway. And because of the causeways there are lots of people who are already visiting this island and now started to stay permanently in this island.
The Rickenbacker Causeway is the main reasons why there re lots of people who are already interested with this place. And because of this development started to happen in this area and there are already residential apartments that was been developed in order to give way for those people who are interested to stay permanently in this place. This area become popular and a lot of people who get interested to stay here permanently. There are lands that was donated to the government in exchange of the promise that there will be a causeway that to be build in this island. And the remaining land was left for the developers to develop. And there are already constructions that have been started in this area. The Mackle Construction Company started to construct and sell new homes in this area for ten thousands dollar.
After the integration of the Key Biscayne it becomes a part of the Miami Dade County in the state of Florida. The Key Biscayne real estate covers only about one and half square miles. Though of its limited space, there are lots of developments that happen to this place. It has become famous when President Richard Nixon invested a waterfront home in Key Biscayne real estate. And because of this, there are lots of infrastructure that has been develops here. There are transportation facilities that has been develop also. The place becomes accessible to any type of vehicle. And of course there are also educational facilities that have been built.
Because the place has been fully developed with all the important facilities and amenities, there are lots of people who are planning to relocate in this place. There are lots of people who are thinking of Investing their own home in Key Biscayne real estate. And because of this the population in the Key Biscayne real estate increases tremendously. Now there is a great demand for the Key Biscayne real estate properties. Because of the great demands on residential properties, prices increases rapidly.
